Keto Paneer Tikka is a variation of the traditional Indian appetizer, Paneer Tikka, made using almond flour instead of traditional wheat flour. This makes it suitable for those following a ketogenic diet as it is low in carbohydrates but high in healthy fats and protein. Paneer Tikka is a dish where small chunks of Paneer (cottage cheese) are marinated in a flavorful mixture of spices and yogurt and then grilled or broiled. The result is a delicious and satisfying appetizer that is perfect for any occasion
