Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the tomato puree, heavy cream, yogurt, garlic, ginger, and green chili pepper.
In the Instant Pot, add the butter and set it to sauté mode.
Add the onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add the chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the tomato puree mixture, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
Close the Instant Pot with the pressure valve sealed.
Set the Instant Pot to manual mode and cook for 8 minutes.
Once done, release the pressure manually and open the Instant Pot.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or Indian bread.
