Nimbu Masala Soda is a popular Indian summer drink that is made by mixing freshly squeezed lemon juice, masala spices, sugar, and soda water. The combination of tangy lemon and spice, along with the fizz of soda, makes it the perfect thirst quencher for a hot summer day. It is easy to make, and all the ingredients are easily available in any household kitchen.
Soda: You can pick and choose any chilled soda to prepare this Recipe.
Adding Sugar: You can choose any type of sugar like brown sugar, granulated sugar, caster sugar etc or completely avoid it in case you don’t want it to be sweet.
Roasted Cumin Powder: If you don’t have roasted cumin powder then roast it by yourself by adding some handful of cumin seeds on hot tawa and dry roast them on medium heat. Let them roast properly and switch off the flame when seeds turn golden brown. Do not burn them. Now, let it cool down and grind them in a Grinder or you can grind them with the help of a Rolling Pin.
