Potato Curry, or Aloo Ki Sabzi, is a popular Indian dish made from boiled and spiced potatoes in a tangy tomato-based sauce. It is a simple and flavorful dish that is both satisfying and nourishing. The spiced sauce can be made with a variety of ingredients including ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, and turmeric, among others, and the potatoes are cooked until tender and creamy. It is commonly served as a side dish with rice, roti, or naan, but can also be enjoyed on its own.
