Air Fryer Zucchini Fritters are a delectable, healthy alternative to traditional deep-fried zucchini fritters. These fritters combine the natural goodness of zucchini with a light, crispy batter, cooked to perfection in an air fryer. The result is an irresistibly crunchy, mouthwatering delight that is both satisfying and nutritious. The air fryer's innovative cooking technique allows for minimal oil use, resulting in a guilt-free indulgence that you can enjoy time and time again.

Adjust salt and spices as per your taste preference.
Zucchini Fritters in Pan: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium flame. Place battered zucchini pieces in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes from one side. Then, flip to another side and continue to cook for next 2-3 minutes or until fritters are cooked properly.
Remove Excess Moisture: Zucchini has a high water content, which can make your fritter batter soggy if not adequately addressed. To prevent this issue, shred the zucchini and place it in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible before incorporating it into the batter.
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheating your air fryer before cooking the fritters will help ensure a crispy, evenly cooked exterior. Allow your air fryer to preheat for about five minutes before adding the fritters.
Don't Overcrowd the Air Fryer: To achieve the perfect crispy texture, it's essential to give your fritters enough room to cook in the air fryer. Overcrowding the basket can result in uneven cooking and a less crispy finish. Cook the fritters in batches if necessary, ensuring that they have ample space between them.
Adjust Cooking Time as Needed: Air fryers can vary in terms of cooking times and temperatures. It's crucial to keep an eye on your fritters during the cooking process and adjust the time and temperature as needed to achieve the desired level of crispiness.
