Step by Step Mushroom Veg Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 tsp oil
- ½ tsp mustard
- ½ tsp cumin / jeera
- 2-3 curry leaves
- 3 clove garlic sliced
- 1 green chillies slit
- 1 Onions finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 to Tomato chopped
- 500 grams mushroom slice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp kashmiri chilli powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp black pepper powder crushed
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves / cilantro chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Organize all your ingredients.
- In a large pot or kadai heat 3 tsp oil and add ½ tsp mustard, ½ tsp cumin, few curry leaves. In addition, add 3 clove garlic and 1 green chilli.
- Saute. Then, add 1/2 – 1 onion, 1 tsp ginger paste. Continue to saute.
- Add 1 tomato and saute till tomatoes turn soft. Also put 500 grams of sliced mushroom and ½ tsp salt, then saute for 1.5 minutes and cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Now add ½ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp garam masala and ½ tsp pepper. Saute for a minute till masala is well cooked.
- Go ahead and add 2 tbsp coriander leaves and 1 tbsp lemon juice and stir well. Add mushrooms and saute.
- Ta da! It is ready to serve. Enjoy with bread and roti.

- Do not overcook. Mushrooms might turn mushy
