Ingredients
- 2 cups moong beans, sprouted
- 1 to Tomato
- 1 Potatoes
- 1 Onions
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
For Garnishing
- 2-3 lemon
- coriander leaves / cilantro
Instructions
Preparation
- Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
- First of all, sprout moong beans and then, rinse them with water. Now, either you can steam/boil them or keep them as it to give crunchy taste in the Salad. Drain all water from the Sprouts.
- Wash and finely chop onion, tomato, green chillies and fresh coriander leaves.
- Wash and chop potatoes into 1 inch pieces. Boil them until they cooked completely.
Cooking
- Now, in a Mixing Bowl add sprouts and chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies and diced boiled potatoes.
- Then, add ¼ tsp red chili powder and stir very well.
- Now, add salt and lemon juice. Mix very well all the ingredients.
- Lastly, garnish the salad with chopped coriander leaves and lemon slices.
- Easy Peasy! Your Sprouts Salad is ready to serve.
