Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- ¼ tsp olive oil
- 10 french beans
- 2 Carrot
- 1 cup Green peas
- 1 tbsp salt
- ¼ tsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp black pepper
- fresh parsley
- capsicum / bell peppers
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
Preparation
- Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
- Wash and finely chop french beans, potatoes, bell pepper and carrot.
- Peel green peas and wash them also.
- Wash parsley leaves. Alternatively, you could use basil leaves or cilantro or a stick of celery
Cooking
- Boil potatoes, carrot, french beans and peas in a Pan. Cook for 20 minutes or until all veggies cooked properly.
- Drain all the water and let the veggies cool down slightly.
- Add all boiled veggies and chopped bell pepper in a Mixing Bowl. Then, add salt, white vinegar, olive oil and black pepper in the Mixing Bowl.
- Now, add mayonnaise and stir well until salad is evenly coated.
- Easy Peasy! Your Russian Salad is ready to serve.
