  • 2 Tomato finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste

  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin (Jeera)
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds / rai
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp oil
