Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup yogurt / dahi / curd
  • 12 mint leaves
  • cup water
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp black salt / rock salt

  • Method
  • Rinse the mint leaves and drain all the water.
  • Roughly chop them and add chopped mint leaves in a Stand Blender.
  • Then, add curd, roasted cumin powder, salt and water.
  • Blend to make a smooth frothy consistency.
  • Pour in Serving Glasses and add few ice cubes or you can chill Mint Buttermilk in refrigerator and serve chilled.
