  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

  • Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
  • Peel all potatoes and wash properly.
  • Then, cut into halves and then again each half into two equal parts. This way, you will get 4 equal wedges from each potato.

  • Take all potato pieces in a Mixing Bowl.
