Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp butter, salted
  • 3 whole Tomato finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Green peas
  • ½ cup capsicum / bell peppers finely chopped
  • 2 whole Potatoes boiled & mashed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder Lal mirch powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric Haldi
  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves dry fenugreek leaves
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves / cilantro finely chop ped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 whole Onions finely chopped
  • ½ whole lemon juice
  • 3 tbps red food colour optional
  • 8 pcs pav / bread roll
  • 4 tsp butter, salted
  • ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp pav bhaji masala
  • 4 tsp coriander leaves / cilantro finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Make sure all your ingredients are organized and ready.
  • Heat 1 tbsp butter and add vegetables ina a wok or pot. Cook and mash well.
  • Add 1 tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi and 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
  • Heat a tbsp of butter and add ¼ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi. Then add 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 onion and ½ lemon juice.
  • Saute well and then add 3 drops of red food colour. Continue to stir and mix.
  • Boil and mash for 5 minutes adjusting consistency.
  • Take the buns and place them on the tawa. Heat.
  • Ta da! Serve pav and bhaji as pav bhaji.
