- 2 cups paneer / cottage cheese
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1- inch ginger minced
- 2 Tomato finely chopped
- 2 green capsicum / bell peppers sliced
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- coriander leaves / cilantro chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Pre-Cooking prep steps
- Cut the paneer cheese into small cubes, and keep it aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the onions, garlic, and ginger and sauté until the onions are translucent.
Cooking steps
- Add the tomatoes and stir well.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
