    Notes & Tips

    • Oil: You may use less oil but the okra will become too hard and will also have a very dry feel while eating. It will be crunchy but too dry, using 2 tablespoon oil will keep it crispy and also will match the taste of deep fried okra!
    • Spiciness: You can adjust the flavor as per your taste by adding or reducing red chilli powder.
    • Oil: You can use any neutral tasting oil. Some options are sunflower oil, canola oil or olive oil.
    • Okras: Always rinse the okra first, wipe them dry and then chop them, so that they will not turn slimy and sticky.
    • Don’t have Air Fryer? You can deep fry okras in hot oil in case you don’t have an Air Fryer.
