- ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
- pinch Asafoetida / hing
- coriander leaves / cilantro chopped (for garnishing)

Preparation
- Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
- Chop 1 cauliflower into smaller florets.
- Peel and chop 2 potatoes into smaller pieces.
Cooking
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
