  • 400 grams button mushrooms cleaned and halved

  • 2 Tomato finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt

  • Clean the mushrooms thoroughly by wiping them with a damp cloth or paper towel. Avoid washing them under running water, as they tend to absorb water and become soggy. Once cleaned, halve the mushrooms and set them aside.
  • Thinly slice the onions and finely chop the tomatoes and green chili. Keep them ready for cooking.
