- ¼ cucumber
- ½ to Tomato
- ¼ capsicum / bell peppers
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- coriander leaves / cilantro
Instructions
Preparation
- Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
- Wash and finely chop onion, green chillies, tomato, capsicum and fresh coriander leaves.
- Wash and squeeze lemon juice in a Bowl and remove seeds, if any.
Cooking
- Roast papad on Tawa or in Microwave until roasted completely.
