Ingredients
  

  • 2 papad
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 Onions
  • ¼ cucumber
  • ½ to Tomato
  • ¼ capsicum / bell peppers
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • coriander leaves / cilantro

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
  • Wash and finely chop onion, green chillies, tomato, capsicum and fresh coriander leaves.
  • Wash and squeeze lemon juice in a Bowl and remove seeds, if any.

Cooking

  • Roast papad on Tawa or in Microwave until roasted completely.
  • Take a Mixing Bowl and prepare a mixture by adding all chopped vegetables and add salt and lemon juice in it.
  • Sprinkle the prepared mixture evenly on the roasted papad and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
