- 2 cups yogurt / dahi / curd
- 2 to 3 tbsp whipped cream
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
- For Garnishing
- 3 to 4 mint leaves
- 2 tbsp chopped mangoes
- 2 almond / badam
- 2 cashew
- 2 pistachios
- ¼ cup whipped cream

- Chop mangoes in small cubes
- Crush ice cubes and keep it back in freezer
- Chop mint leaves.
- Finely chop almonds, cashews and pistachios
- If you don’t have whipped cream, then take fresh cream / malai and whisk it in a chilled bowl.
Making
- In a blender, puree the mangoes with sugar. Don’t leave any chunks of mangoes.
- Add the yogurt and whipped cream. However, you can skip whipped cream if you want.
- Blend until all the ingredients are mixed well, evenly and the yogurt has become smooth.
- You can add some milk or water while blending, if you prefer thin consistency.
