- ¼ tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp fish fry masala
- ¼ tsp Asafoetida / hing
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp Spices and seasonings

- Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute.
- Wash and chop 3 fish fillets. Keep aside.
- For fish fry seasoning, take a bowl and add salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, fish fry masala, asafoetida, roasted cumin powder, favorite seasoning and oil. Mix everything very well.
- Apply this prepared masala on chopped fish pieces.
- Let them rest for half an hour.
