Ingredients
- 1 broccoli
- 1 to Tomato
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp butter, salted
Instructions
Preparation
- Wash and cut broccoli florets and also the stem.
- Wash and roughly chop tomato.
Cooking
- Take a Cookpot and a add butter, chopped whole broccoli and tomato with salt on medium flame.
- Let it cook properly for 10-12 mins or until tomato and broccoli softens.
- Now, let it cool down and transfer it to a Blender and blend them into a fine paste.
- Then, transfer it back to Cookpot and add water in it and bring it boil on high flame. Stir occasionally.
- Once it came to boil, lower down the heat and let it simmer for 5- 7 mins.
- After that, switch off the flame, add black pepper on top and mix well.
