Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb spinach / palak washed and chopped
  • 1 cup paneer / cottage cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 Onions finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger minced
  • 2 green chilli pepper minced
  • 2 Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin (Jeera)
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves / cilantro

Instructions
 

  • In the Instant Pot, add the spinach, 1 cup of water, and set it to manual mode for 0 minutes with the pressure valve sealed.
  • Once done, release the pressure manually and open the Instant Pot.
  • Blend the cooked spinach and make a puree.

  • In the Instant Pot, heat butter or oil and add cumin seeds. Once they start to crackle, add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
