- Soak chickpeas overnight or at least for 6-7 hours. Then, drain the water and keep it aside.
- Finely chop onions, garlic cloves.
- Grate the ginger and make tomato puree from the tomatoes if tomato puree is not there.

- Press SAUTE button on your Instant Pot and add oil.
