- 1 cup Chicken Breast / boneless chicken
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt
- 1/2 cup yogurt / dahi / curd
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves / cilantro
- 1/4 cup Onions
- 1/4 cup Raisins optional
- 1/4 cup cashew optional
Instructions
- Rinse the rice in water and soak it for 20 minutes.
- In the Instant Pot, add the oil or ghee and set it to sauté mode.
- Add the cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, green cardamom, and black cardamom and sauté for a minute.
