  • 2 cups Onions
  • 2 cups Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp red sauce / red chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt

Pre-Cooking Prep Steps

  • Slice the mushrooms and bell peppers and set them aside.

  • Finely chop the onions and tomatoes and set them aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the tomato paste, soy sauce, red chili sauce, and corn flour.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together the ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and a pinch of salt.

Cooking Steps

  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
