Step by step Grilled Zucchini Recipe
Grilled Zucchini Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Salt
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp basil
- ¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Preparation
- Collect all ingredients.
- Wash and roughly chop basil leaves.
- Wash and slice zucchinis into thick strips.
Cooking
- Take a mixing bowl and add black pepper powder, salt, lemon zest, olive oil, red pepper flakes and dried basil leaves. Mix well.
- Brush the mixture to each zucchini slice both sides.
- Once grill is hot enough, carefully use tongs to rub an oiled paper towel over grates to prepare it for zucchinis.
- Place zucchinis on grill with the help of Tongs. Cover and cook for 2- 3 minutes. Flip and continue cooking on high at 2-3 more minutes.
- When zucchinis become tender, remove from heat and garnish with basil leaves and some more red pepper flakes.
- Hurray! Your Grilled Zucchini is ready to serve!
