  • 500 g paneer / cottage cheese
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 Onions finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp cream optional

Instructions
 

Pre-Cooking Preparation

  • Cut the Paneer into cubes and set aside
  • Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion
  • Finely chop the tomato
  • Measure out all of the other ingredients and have them ready
