- 2 tsp baking powder

- 2 tbsp flaxseed powder
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Preparation
- Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.

- Pre-heat Oven to 375° F or 190° C for10 minutes and prepare the Muffin Tray by with muffin liners and lightly butter it.

- Using a Spatula, mix well until everything incorporated well.

- Now add flour mixture in to it and mix well with cut and fold technique.
- Now fill your muffin moulds with the batter.
- Bake into pre-heated Oven for 20-25 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick or wooden stick in the center, if it comes out clean, Muffins are ready.
- Remove it from the Oven and let it cool in the Muffins Tray for 5 minutes.
