Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour / maida
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter, salted
- 1 instant yeast
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup water

Method
- Add 3/4 cup flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large Mixing Bowl. Heat milk, water and butter until very warm in a Saucepan and add to the flour mixture.
- Beat the mixture for about 2 minutes at medium speed of Hand Mixer, scraping bowl occasionally.
- Add 1/4 cup flour and beat 2 minutes more at high speed.
- Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
- Dust flour on working space and knead dough lightly until smooth and elastic for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Cover and rest for 10 minutes.
- Then, divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into balls.
- Place in greased Baking Tray or Baking Bowl. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Oven for 10 minutes and bake them at 375° F for 20 minutes or until done completely.
- Remove from Baking Tray and brush with melted butter, if desired.
- Serve Dinner Rolls warm.
