Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all purpose flour / maida
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter, salted
  • 1 instant yeast
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions
 

Method

  • Add 3/4 cup flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large Mixing Bowl. Heat milk, water and butter until very warm in a Saucepan and add to the flour mixture.
  • Beat the mixture for about 2 minutes at medium speed of Hand Mixer, scraping bowl occasionally.
  • Add 1/4 cup flour and beat 2 minutes more at high speed.
  • Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
  • Dust flour on working space and knead dough lightly until smooth and elastic for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Cover and rest for 10 minutes.
  • Then, divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into balls.
  • Place in greased Baking Tray or Baking Bowl. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size for about 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the Oven for 10 minutes and bake them at 375° F for 20 minutes or until done completely.
  • Remove from Baking Tray and brush with melted butter, if desired.
  • Serve Dinner Rolls warm.
