Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin (Jeera)
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 cup Onions
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • spring onion for garnish

Pre-Cooking prep steps

  • Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, soy sauce, and vinegar.
  • Slice the onions and chop the green chilies.
  • Keep all the ingredients ready and within reach of the stove.

Cooking steps

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  • Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.
  • Add the sliced onions and sauté until they are translucent.
  • Add the green chilies and sauté for another minute.
