- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- coriander leaves / cilantro chopped, for garnish

- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken cubes with red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and pepper.
- Cover the bowl and marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
