Step by Step Bael Sharbat Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 stone apple / bael
- 1 water
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- 6 ice cubes
- 4 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp black salt / rock salt
- mint leaves
Instructions
Preparation
- Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
- Wash and with a Rolling Pin break bael. Now, scoop out all the pulp with a spoon in a Bowl.
- Wash and chop fresh mint leaves.
Method
- With your fingers mash the pulp and remove all the seeds. Make sure to remove all seeds as they are quite bitter.
- Now, add chilled water and mash the pulp gently and mix it with water.
- Now, with the help of a Strainer and Spoon extract as much pulp as you can leaving behind fibers.
- Then, add sugar and dissolve it completely.
- In a Jar, add ice cubes, chopped mint leaves, roasted cumin powder, black salt and prepared Bael Sharbat in it.
- Mix well and serve chilled.
