- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin (Jeera)
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1- inch ginger minced
- 2 green chillies minced
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves / cilantro

- Cube the paneer and set aside. (5 minutes)
- Dice the bell peppers, tomatoes, and set aside. (10 minutes)
- Mince the garlic, ginger, and green chilies and set aside. (5 minutes)
