- 3 cups Milk 3 cups

- 1 cup jaggery / gur 1 cup
- cardamom powder 1 tsp
- 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp

- 1/4 cup cashew 1/4 cup
- 1/4 cup Raisins 1/4 cup
- 1/4 cup coconut 1/4 cup
- 1 tbsp ghee / clarified butter 1 tbsp
Instructions
Pre-Cooking Prep Steps
- Soak the ada in water for 2 hours. Drain and keep it aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan and roast the cashews and raisins until they turn golden brown. Keep it aside
- Heat a pan and dry roast the coconut bits until they turn golden brown. Keep it aside.
Cooking Steps
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, add milk, coconut milk and bring it to a boil.
- Add the ada and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the ada is fully cooked.
