Ingredients
- 500 gram raw mangoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp black salt / rock salt
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- ½ cup mint leaves
- 4 cups water
Instructions
Preparation
- Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
- Wash and peel the mangoes.

- Pressure cook the mangoes over medium heat for 2 – 3 whistles along with water. Let the steam release from the pressure cooker naturally.
- Open the lid and transfer the boiled mango pulp along with water in a Bowl. Squeeze the mangoes to collect the pulp with your hands. Remove the stones, if any, in the mangoes. Allow the mango pulp to cool down.
- Blend together the mango pulp, sugar and black salt until smooth. Taste and adjust the sugar and salt according to your taste.
- To serve, add ¼ cup Aam Panna in each glass. Add ice-cubes, roasted cumin powder and pour chilled water in each glass. Stir to combine nicely.
